Marketfield Dublin, p.l.c. is an open-ended umbrella investment company. Marketfield Fund Dublin (the sub-Fund) is registered as a Qualifying Investor Alternative Investment Fund (QIAIF). The investment objective of the fund is capital appreciation. The fund seeks low volatility absolute return in excess of broad equity indices and operates under a broad investment charter that allows it to utilize equity securities, fixed-income instruments, commodities, futures and options. The fund may hold short positions of up to 50% of its capital.

Marketfield Fund Dublin is open to accredited non-U.S. investors and certain tax exempt U.S. investors.
